We Free shippping to locations around the world.

2.Delivery Times

We take about 1-2 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.)Please allow 7-12 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. However, due to our inability to control the transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation.Any delivery dates provided by kobtees are estimates.

Due to the impact of the new coronavirus, the specific arrival time may be delayed. If the delay is more than 15 days, we will give the buyer a refund of $3AUD. If the delay is more than 30 days, we will give the buyer a refund of $10AUD.

3.Order Confirmation & Tracking

We will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping & handling information on your kobtees account if you have registered. If you haven't registered on our site, you could also track your order here with your tracking number.

We strongly advise to include a valid email address when placing an order for a much easier relay of updates.

4.Changes/Cancellations

Additions, changes, and cancellations to your order can be made any time prior to shipment. If you need to make a change, add or cancel your order, please contact kobtees@hotmail.com as soon as possible. If the item has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel the order or make a change until you receive the item. In that case, you will have to file a return to get a refund or change your order.
